The 2019 COCs came to an end yesterday at the Britannia Yacht Club in Ottawa.
It was a challenging week of racing with varying conditions during the week- some days with no racing for lack of wind (including yesterday for the last day of the event) and a day with strong breeze that allowed the RC to run 4 races in steady conditions.
Both RC and sailors worked very hard to complete as many races as possible and to make the most of the time on the water.
CODA would like to extend a special thank you to: Lisa Shishis, Chair of the event, Britannia Yacht Club, and the amazing team of volunteers for being great hosts and running a memorable regatta for all competitors, both in the Green and Championship Fleets as well as all the families supporting the athletes.
